The 10 km Chaleur consists of a 10 km run, a 5 km run and a 5 km walk. Para-athletes are also invited to participate in the 5 or 10 km.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in the 10 km race.

Only 550 spots are available for the entire event (5 km and 10 km).

The online registration fee is:

10 km race: $30 (plus ticketing fees)
5 km run/walk: $30 (plus ticketing fees)
10 km Para athlete: $30 (plus ticketing fees)
18 y/o and under, 10 km race: $20 (plus ticketing fees)
18 y/o and under, 5 km run/walk: $20 (plus ticketing fees)
