Giant Tiger Bathurst has partnered with Maison Passage House for the month of June to raise funds for their organization. They'll be hosting a BBQ event from 11am to 2pm (June 28th). Friendly the Tiger will be making an appearance and handing out Canada Day flags as well as temporary tattoos for the kids.

The Nash Creek Heritage Site in Nash Creek will be having a Free Family Day on Sunday, June 29th starting at 11am. Washer toss for Adults and Kids. Fishing pond for Kids. Face painting and Photo Booth...Tickets will be available for Free Hotdogs and drinks. And Free prizes for each kid. Magic Show at 1 pm with Don Bernard. Followed with Citizen of The Year presentation at 2.30. All is Free but Donations are welcome. Hope to see you there.

PUBLIC NOTICE FOR PEOPLE USING THE NEPISIGUIT RIVER The Atlantic Salmon Federation, Nepisiguit Salmon Association, and Pabineau First Nations wish to advise the public to exercise caution when using the Nepisiguit River near the pumphouse for recreational purposes between May 1 and June 30. The annual Festival des Rameurs rowing trip across the Chaleur Bay will take place on Saturday, July 12. The boat will depart at 7:30 a.m. from the Bonaventure Marina. Come greet the rowers at Place des Rameurs.
