Planet Youth Chaleur is a community-led initiative inspired by the internationally recognized Icelandic Prevention Model.
We are community members, organizations and professionals working together to create positive environments where young people can thrive. Our goal is to support healthy youth development by preventing and reducing substance use — including alcohol, vaping, and drugs — in the Chaleur region.
