DESCRIPTION:It is a non-profit organization that hosts high-impact\, multicultural events dedicated to honoring the tradition of barbecue\, a popular cooking method enjoyed by many people not only in Canada\, but also around the world. These are special days when people gather with family and/or friends\, or those they will soon make\, to enjoy delicious barbecue meals prepared with spices and delicacies from near and far\, including West and Central Africa\, the Maghreb\, and many others.
